Before You Sign Your Next Lease

color-copierBefore You Sign Your Lease: Four Steps

Many times when companies have a problem, they jump on a solution without thinking. In some cases, this can be like jumping on a live hand grenade. If you are looking at leasing a copier, you should consider the following steps before signing a lease. First, define your needs. It never ceases to surprise us when customers do not look at their internal and external needs before leasing a copier.

Second, check if the lease will fit into your budget. After you have defined your needs, the basis for creating a budget around it becomes much easier. We have set the goal to work with all customers to fit our Xerox products with the needs of our customers’ budgets. However, we, too, are a business and have limits that we cannot stretch below.

Third, look at the averages. Never make the mistake of measuring output at a peak period. You will pay more for copies than necessary. Fourth, talk to the user. You have to consider your employees if you will never actually use the copier. If you cannot make the employees happy, you will never achieve optimal productivity levels.
