Used Copiers aren’t Always the Cheapest Option
Getting a new copier for the office can be a pretty overwhelming experience. Not only are there over 2,000 copiers currently being offered on the market right now, but there are also over twice that many options when you consider all of the used copiers that are out there but are now discontinued. of the confusion caused by the number of options on the market, a lot of times sales reps are pretty pushy about trying to convince their customers that used copiers are the best way to go because they are a lot of the times the cheapest option.
This isn’t always true though. For example, the Xerox Colorqube 8700 is very inexpensive. Costing approximately $2,400, the Colorqube is a great option because it can also has the options of newer copiers and Xerox often offers trade-in rebates with the purchase of one of these machines. The Colorqube has proved to be a very great buy for the customers that we have had the opportunity to work with, because it is inexpensive and they don’t run the risks of owning a previously owned machine.
